London Gates Education Group (SIA "London Gates Daugava", Reg. nr: 40103869926) is a supplementary education center for children from 9 months to 17 years old with English-language programmes. We create an intellectual English-speaking environment in which children receive a diverse education and develop their language, academic, creative, and social skills and learn about various subjects in English.

As a Junior ADM/Curator you will be:

• in charge of the schedule and placements of substitute teaching assistants
• controlling the quality of work and the development of assistants
• in charge of the atmosphere and non-formal events that boost it (bdays, outings)
• participating in lesson evaluations.

Requirements for candidates:

• graduate with a university degree
• excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
• excellent oral and written communications skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• preferably work experience of at least 6 months/1 year in non-formal education (museums, cultural centers, children's projects) and a desire to develop in the field of education
• experience with CRM systems or similar
• English at a level B2-C1 (Latvian/Russian is desirable)
