Selection Criteria
Our team consists of more than 50 teachers who are professionals in their field, sincerely passionate about children’s development, and fluent in English. They were carefully selected according to three criteria:
- English language proficiencyFirst and foremost, our teachers are professionals with a very high level of English. They not only communicate fluently in everyday situations, but are also able to explain complex concepts in English, using professional terminology relevant to their subject area.Subject knowledge
It is very important for us that every teacher is a true professional in their field — a capable young scientist, a talented artist, an enthusiastic young researcher, dedicated to their work and able to inspire children to engage with it.Psychological and pedagogical testA successful interview is more important for us than the candidate's pedagogical experience.
