Marketing Specialist

London Gates Riga is an international educational centre providing high-quality programs for students. We believe in inspiring learning, fostering curiosity, and delivering exceptional education to our students. Most of our students are aged from 2 to 18. Our portfolio includes GCSE & A-level preparation, supplementary English-language education for children, B2B consulting, private lessons, various trips, city camps, and more.

We are looking for a mid-level marketing specialist, whose main responsibility will be attracting new leads and converting them into clients. You will manage our digital presence, execute targeted ad campaigns, and build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand our reach.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of a marketing strategy for both online and offline channels in Riga.
  • Improve marketing funnels at every stage to increase conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize social media and our website to improve engagement and visibility.
  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to drive lead generation.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels and communication strategies, test hypotheses, and optimize budget allocation.
  • Maintain and expand partnerships with local businesses, schools, and kindergartens to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee SEO promotion of company products in collaboration with external contractors, set ranking goals, and analyze performance.
  • Create and manage a content strategy for social media, develop content plans, and optimize engagement.
  • Prepare analytical reports on key performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROMI, etc.

What We Expect from You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2C marketing (preferably in education); you have grown beyond a junior role and are developing as a mid-level specialist.
  • Higher education (specializing in marketing, advertising, or related fields will be a big plus), an active network in cultural, educational, and business communities.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, and understanding of both online and offline channels (PPC, targeting, SEO, partnerships, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and optimize them for better performance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales funnels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Latvian, English, Russian languages).
  • Analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach—you are independent and bold in proposing new ideas and methods to improve results.
